THE MIRROR REFLECTION GAME ๐Ÿชž

Sometimes a single question can reveal more about you than years of overthinking.

5 themes. 20 cards. 75 questions.

Most of the time, the answer is already within you โ€” it just hasn't been asked in the right way.

A tool for those who want to truly hear themselves.

Which question will be the one that changes something for you?

๐Ÿชž How Mirror Was Created

Timur and I lived on autopilot for a long time.

He worked as an economist in a construction company. Kazakhstan was rapidly developing โ€” new districts were growing, and so was the pressure. Deadlines, reports, constant stress.

I was constantly around people who needed support, always moving, never really stopping.

The days blurred together. One felt just like the next. We stopped noticing time. We stopped feeling life.

Burnout doesn't come from weakness. It comes from being strong for too long.

Timur started searching for answers โ€” carving out minutes between shifts to read Jung, Sechenov, and research on neuroplasticity.

And I watched people who were also searching for something to hold onto.

We started testing it on ourselves โ€” asking questions, writing down answers, noticing what began to shift.

Step by step, Mirror was created.

If our experience can help you, we don't just want to tell you โ€” we want to show you: there is a way forward. It's not about pushing harder. It's about stoppingโ€ฆ and finally hearing yourself.

๐Ÿฆ‹ Rooted in Science

Chest with key

Our approach draws on the work of researchers who studied human nature:

  • ๐Ÿ”น Carl Jung โ€” symbols and the collective unconscious
  • ๐Ÿ”น Ivan Sechenov โ€” brain reflexes and the nature of thought
  • ๐Ÿ”น Alexander Luria โ€” cultural-historical psychology
  • ๐Ÿ”น Neuroplasticity โ€” the brain's ability to change through experience
  • ๐Ÿ”น Martha Weiss โ€” butterflies retain the reflexes of caterpillars. Inside the cocoon, the form dissolves, but essential experience remains. This is a metaphor for Mirror: form changes, essence remains.

Mirror doesn't predict or diagnose. It simply reflects. And seeing yourself is already half the journey.

How to play

  • Choose the theme that speaks to you right now
  • Look at 4 images โ€” choose the one that draws you in
  • Answer the questions โ€” they lead from sensation to meaning
  • Explore the integration reflections โ€” they help you see the whole picture

Two formats: quick (1 minute) and deep (30 minutes) โ€” you choose.

Each reflection isn't just a symbol. It's a mirror of your state โ€” something your mind registers before logic does.
